Please read these instructions in their entirety before proceeding!

Once you submit your class request(s) we will review your request to confirm that the class(es) is (are) appropriate for your child's or children's age(s). Once we enroll your child(ren), you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. You will then have the ability to pay for your class(es), recital costume(s) and other fees by cash, check or online by credit card. Please note that you must click the box below your credit card information if you want your credit card charged for tuition automatically each month.

NOTE: Your registration will not be complete - and your spot in class will not be reserved - until you pay your first month's tuition payment and your $25.00 registration fee.

To begin the registration process:

  • FOR NEW STUDENTS, click on the appropriate button below. This will prompt you to create an account.

  • FOR RETURNING STUDENTS, click on the appropriate button below. Then:
    • enter the email address to which we currently send your statements and registration information;
    • click "Activate my Account." The system will send you an email at the address you entered. Please follow the instructions in that message to create a password and finish your account activation.
NOTE: If you have don't know or have forgotten the email address you have used with CCDS previously, please click here to submit a request to reset your email address.
  • After you have logged in to your account and accepted our Terms and Conditions, please enter OR CONFIRM your account information (mailing address, phone numbers, etc.) and information about your first student.
    • To add another student to your account click on “Add a Student” OR to proceed without adding another student, click “Save and Register Students for Classes.”
  • You will see the list of available classes. Note that you have several options at the top of this page for sorting/viewing the class list. We recommend sorting by age.

  • Find the desired class(es) and be sure to click on “Class Requirements” to see a description, tuition, costume fees and required shoes for that class.

  • Click on “Request Class” in the right-hand column to select the first class for which you want to register THIS STUDENT. That class will turn to pink and the text in the right-hand column will change to “Pending Approval.” Do this for all classes you want to request for this student.
  • When you have finished selecting classes for the first child, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on either “Submit Registration” or “Edit Account Information/Add Another Student,” then follow the prompts.
